Pei Wei Asian Diner in Dallas

What a terrible experience. First off the iced tea was rotten and the staff didn’t believe me. Then when our meal was ready to be brought out the staff couldn’t do that because they were too busy eating dinner. So weird why is the staff eating on shift? I am just done eating at these chain places. It will be a really long time before I ever go back to a Pei Wei again.

This restaurant is nice and roomy, the menu was enchanting and the rates were very fair. rapidly, efficient service and very welcoming staff members. I highly recommend this place.

I went there for lunch with my friends, the portion of the food was enough and the price was reasonable, very nice and friendly staff, food was good, the restaurant was clean and the chair and table were ok and clean, I like the inside light, the interior decoration was good, I like to see big led screen inside the restaurant to watch sport during eating but I couldn't find any there.

Terrible customer service. Hasn’t had their gluten free soy sauce for 3 weeks!

The McDonald's of Asian fast food, Pei Wei is consistent, tasty, and affordable. But don't let them convince you it's healthy. All of their dishes contain tons of sodium and/or sugar in the sauces.Still, I do loves me some Pei Wei!

The inside environment was clean. However, the food was not the best quality. I ordered the Sweet & Sour Sprimp and the vegetables that came with the order didn't taste very fresh. You can definitely tell that the vegetables were frozen. Also, I wish the cooks behind the counter would all wear some type of hair net or hat when dealing with consumer food products. Needs improvement.

The place offers a large range of fresh food. I loved eating here. Employees are always nice, prices are reasonable and the place is always kept clean.

My boyfriend brought me here for the first time and now it's one of my favorite places. The girls at the front were kind and helpful.

Horrible! Never thought Pei Wei would mess up their food but it's finally happened! Ordered Monglian beef and I've been having Pei Wei ever since they came to Dallas, this was just some beef thrown in the sauce! I had to throw it all away because it was so disgusting. My co-worker got sesame chicken and he said the same thing. That guy is from Pittsburgh and thought our Pei Wei was different or something! Never going back to this location again! 2 stars cause the lady taking the order was nice!

Portions are small, staff is rude, dirty - my shoes stuck to the floor, every time I have ordered they are out of 1 or more of the ingredients. Done, will drive the 4 mile to go to the one on Park.

Don't do it... I've tried this location twice and they just can't seem to get it right. Tasteless plate of nothing and I'm not REALLY sure that was beef????

It was pretty difficult to order and find out what was in each thing. Everything was sticky and seemed unclean. There was only myself and one other customer in the restaurant so not sure why it was so dirty. Most of the tables had crumbs and the tables were sticky. I used to like this place but it has gone downhill in the last year or two. The food was pretty good but the sauce was VERY sweet and I got the Sesame sauce which is supposed to be spicy. Also, the tofu I ordered was so hard that I wasn’t sure it was tofu. Anyway, decent but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Good Asian food, nice variety, but the Dan Dan Noodles were different from some other locations. Not sure why, but the noodles seemed fatter. Everything tasted good, and the people there were nice. Good location, not far from several hotels and the Galleria. Would come here again.

Very nice Chinese restaurant to enjoy alone or with family and friends. A variety of choices on the menu with professional customer service. Nice atmosphere for dating and meetings. Some vegan options but very limited. Clean restrooms.

This place is worth visiting. They have large portions for reasonable rates. Always well kept and with great character. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered to-go Chicken teriyaki-small. The option to order online was really easy and simple. The prices are so affordable and the taste and quantity was totally worth it. The staff was so fast and friendly. The restaurant was also crowded and fun. Would definitely go back to dine in this time 😊It's better to order online as this restaurant was super crowded in lunch hour.

Good food and environment. I had the Pei Wei Original with chicken and noodles. And for a titular dish, I had high expectations. The dish tasted one-note and plain. The snap peas were the redeeming part of the dish as it was fresh and snappy. I wish this certain dish had more to it in terms of flavor or texture.

I recently moved in to Addison and stopped by Pei Wei to try the food, and I was very pleased with the presentation and overall flavor profile. Terri at the register was extremely helpful and went out her way to accommodate to me and my friend. Will certainly come back!

Management needs to step it up. The place looks soulless. Maybe better lighting, more cleaning of the tables and more engaging employees will save it but it needs change.

Smells great! Cheap prices. Lots of food. You can watch your food being prepared and can get almost any drink you want. Bring family here and feed everyone with left overs you can take home after. Multiple other places around here of this Chinese food doesn't interest you. Bathrooms were clean!

This is the first time I've asked for a refund for a meal. I ordered the Lo-Mein Noodles along with a spicy tuna roll and my husband ordered the Bento box. The spicy tuna roll was dry, the rice was hard and the noodles were awful. The white rice in my husband's bento box was dry and hard, the steak was mushy. We took a few bites, literally left 98% of our meal. Also, floors were sticky!

Great quick dinner or lunch. I've came to Pei Wei for so many years. This one is consistently good.

Online order of pad Thai chicken was wrong. Was missing lime, peanuts and cilantro. Went online, filled out the same generic form all the other complaints on here were told to fill out, and got a generic apology email from someone at corporate telling me to go into the store and talk to a manager. The whole reason I don't want to go into your location and always order pickup is because the last few times I've been there counter service is not polite or welcoming and it takes forever for them to bring your food do the table. Please fix this. And please don't ask me to go fill out another form.Edit: it happened again. Ordered chicken pad Thai and it was missing lime, cilantro and bean sprouts. Lettuce for wraps was also old and rusty. When we went on to pick up our order everyone seemed very frazzled. Maybe because this location is always very busy at lunch and dinner time you could hire more people? And train them on the recipes?

They misplaced my call in order,so I had to wait 10 minutes. To compensate me they put three entrees in my bag when I ordered one.The king pow shrimp was the worst I've ever had. I threw the rest out. Won't be back!

I was super excited when I found out PeiWei was practically in walking distance of work, but this is the 3rd time being here that their orange green tea tastes like it was made in an unwashed chai container. The food is decent, but I really only come here for the tea, and it is honestly a coin flip if it's any good. I'm probably never going back to this location.

Either Pei Wei changed all of their recipes, or this place is just doing it wrong. Missing ingredients. The food looked like tepid bathwater. I was so disappointed.

I love Pei Wei...but this Pei Wei is off. Like the food actually taste different than other locations. Not sure what needs improvement but step it up management.

Served me slimy seems to be raw chicken in my pad Thai. Didn’t look to much before I ate a piece. Now I’m missing work because I can’t leave the side of the toilet.

I went there with 3 coworkers during lunch on a Thursday. It was crowded and we waited over 40 minutes to only get the food for 2 out of the 4 people that were in the group. The 2 plates that we got, the food was not hot and more like 2 room temperature. I dont like paying nearly $15.00 to get cold food. Two of the people in the group never got the food and ended having to go and request a refund.To owner: You posted a link and a form to fill out, the link does NOT work.

I rate my experience here with 3 stars. We had lunch there around 1 pm and the place didnt look clean. You wouldn't think the place would look dirty after a few hours of being open. The drink station was not nice and neat. The soda fountain hardly had any carbonation, just almost pure syrup. Lids not restocked. The food was ok. We ordered 2 spring rolls, one of the was still cold inside. Just was not impressed with this location.

Good service but a tad slow since we were the only customers

We have been going to this Pei Wei location for over 10 years. We (family of 4) visit there at least twice a month to have lunch with my husband who works close by. The past few months have been VERY disappointing. The restaurant seems dirty...sticky floors (every time!), dirty bathroom (today there was no soap in the dispenser and one stall had no toilet paper), and very slow service. There was only one person during the lunch hour working the register for both take out and inside dining. They have gotten our order wrong three out of the last four times we have been there. Our food comes out at different times ( I was finished with mine before my family even got their food!). We will most likely not be returning again to this location. We are disappointed every time we go there.

Ordered Mongolian shrimp and took them over a half and hour to give me my food and when they finally gave me my food it was chicken then they made my food so fast not even sure if I'm not gonna get sick from it hard honestly I'm scared 😱😱😱 let me pray I don't cuz it's shrimp smgdh

After receiving my eggroll after my entree was served, the eggroll was served cold, I returned the egg roll for a hot one, it was served again cold. We return the egg roll again and the employee who was cooking tried to give us another one that was cold. the manager on duty issued as a full refund on the eggroll we decided to get a refund on the sushi as well because they never started the preparation by then we were done. The supplies were not stocked up either. I will not go back to this location! We visited this location on 12/20/19 around 6:00 pm.

Definitely Pei Wei is not the same it used to be. I feel they keep lowering costs and quality. This location was average. Food was ok. Nothing wrong but nothing outstanding either.

I’m still here waiting on my Togo order while other customers have gotten theirs. It’s is currently 1:27pm and we’ve been waiting 30min for our lunch which leaves us 30min to get back to the office and eat. When we finally got our food, my Dan Dan order was wrong. I asked for extra spices but they made it non-spicy. I asked if they can make me another but said no but can give me hot pepper sauce on the side. The girl that our order was no where to be found. At this point I just walked out. I am done with this place.
